« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Hôtel décevant : accueil peu aimable, petit déjeuner indigent mais surtout mauvaise surprise : l'hôtel avait été réservé et pré-payé via Expedia mais l'hôtelier s'est servi sur ma carte bancaire. J'ai donc payé deux fois l'hôtel. Je n'arrive pas à croire que cela puisse être involontaire. Je vois avec Expédia pour me faire rembourser ! »
