"It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor...

"Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out.
Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone."

"Well, Uncle Billy's was the creepyist hotel I have ever seen. It looked like it should have been in a slasher movie! No lights on when we arrived and not a soul around except for a front desk clerk who yelled at us from the front desk as we cruised through the parking lot. This place should probably be condemned. After talking with locals the next day they laughed when we said we had almost stayed there. It is the local joke hotel in Kona."
