« Que dire !!!! Dès le premier jour nous avons eu des cafards dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous l'avons signalé. Malgré la bienveillance du personnel à l'accueil, les locaux sont vétustes, certains meubles sont pourris par l'humidité, le micro-ondes rouillé avec des bébés cafards à l'intérieur. Dans le réservoir d'eau de la cafetière c'est la même chose. Comme les bâtiments sont vétustes et peu entrenus, le personnel peut mettre tous les produits pour les éradiquer cela ne sert à rien....

« Very disappointed. 1\. WiFi was spotty throughout my 4 night stay. 2\. Keycard was changed out 5 times...very spotty. 3\. No t.v. for 2 nights. 4\. Roach found crawling on the floor. 5\. No water in the hotel store. Bed was comfortable which is very rare in a hotel. I was a repeat customer from 2025...so different from a year ago. »

« The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the room itself had several problems. The toilet would not flush properly, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and the microwave sounded like it was malfunctioning and wouldn’t even warm coffee. The bathroom door was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and there were very few outlets in the room. There was also a noticeable stain on the bedding. Overall the room needs significant maintenance and updating. »

« Cockroaches in the bathroom at the hotel.. Told staff they said ahh we’ll get it cleaned up however they were everywhere around the hotel as well.. was gross.. shower curtain was ripped off the wall and was falling down so couldn’t take a shower or anything.. »

« Late booking & 9pm check-in met with not the most welcoming greeting, but we got our room, although door had a chain, the lock did not lock. Room was fine, tho 2 queen room ... single shampoo/conditioner sachet only. Booked on price, so can't complain. Good enough to stay again if the need arose. »

« The room was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked with towels for us. All was as expected. Just needed a place to sleep and shower, bed was comfy and shower was hot. Had no interest in paying more than double at a 'fancier' hotel in another town. It's on the highway, so some road noise but we've had that at more expensive places too. Overall, happy with our stay. »
