« We were put in a smoking room despite a reservation for nonsmoking. I asked to switch but nothing else was available. The room smelled terrible. The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future. »

« The Hazeltine is a beautiful old mansion bnb. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy the comfortable living spaces on the first floor. Everything was spotless. The private bedroom was nicely appointed, and bedding was very comfortable. They provide access to free beverages and snacks at night which was appreciated. « Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. »

« When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. « This property was everything and more than expected. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We were close to town and Allegheny State Park.
