« Le confort des lits. C’est tout. Les femmes de ménage en faisaient très peu. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je vais à la Quinta. Mais c’est la première fois que le nettoyage est fait ainsi. J’ai dû aller chercher des serviettes à l’accueil plusieurs fois. Les lits étaient faits sommairement, les draps n’étaient pas changés. Le papier toilette manquant n’était pas rajouté. »

« La chambre est grande. Le lit king que nous avions était confortable et propre ainsi que les oreillers. Bonne pression dans la douche. Un micro-onde est aussi dans la chambre. Toutefois, il y a du tapis dans la chambre qui est moins d'usage. Il y a donc une petite odeur d'humidité. L'employé à notre arrivée était poli et gentil. Bien pour une nuit avant notre départ pour l'aéroport. »
