"Everything was great"

"Always wanted to stay close to Universal Studios and Saw that the Sheraton is one of the hotels. We decided to stay there. Front desk staff was friendly and so was the bell hop guy who helped with our luggage. Our room was in good condition. You can tell it need some TLC but overall the room was great. View was nothing great to look at since it looked over the Valet parking but since we were only staying one night, it didn't matter. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well and thr bathroom was nice as well. Overall i would stay here again."

"Clean new hotel with cool helpful and polite stuff. Canteen bar is awesome and work areas in the lobby are pretty comfy. Rooms are the same as in every CitizenM - small but comfortable and packed. Hotel located in the downtown LA - that’s enough said about the area around the hotel. The closest parking garage is 38$ overnight and pretty safe - no incidents in 4 days. Some other parking garages around could be cheaper but not sure about their security."
