“History and Hospitality”
This historitcal hotel offers exellent enviroment with beautiful views all around. Staffs are nice and helpful. I am surely will stay again when I visit LA in the future.
“Elegance, Serviceand Setting!”
One of the most elegant, friendly, and well-run hotels I have visited in many years of stays in top notch hotels all over the world Every detail is considered - comfort, amenities, and guest needs. The staff is accommodating, the grounds beautiful, and the rooms perfectly appointed. I will be back!
“Superb in Pasadena”
What a wonderful hotel and very helpful staff. Hope to return soon.
“One of a kind”
An amazing hotel if you 're looking for something out of the ordinary. Very pricy , but if you can get a deal it's well worth it!
“Elegant”
The first word that comes to mind is elegant. The Langham is an older hotel that has a very secure and stately feel. The original oil paintings and the wide hallways have an opulent feel without being overly stuffy. It is situated in a quiet setting in the middle of an upscale neighborhood which makes it very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to others and welcome the opportunity to return there myself.
“Only place that we'll stay when visiting L.A.”
The hotel is gorgeous!!! The staff were super helpful and friendly. This is the only hotel that we'll ever stay at when visiting our relatives in L.A. from now on. It's so nice to not have to worry about your car being broken into during the night, and it's nice not having all the noise and comotion that most other hotels have while you're trying to get some sleep.
“Beautiful property”
Beautiful property! Super nice and professional staff.
“Lovely and luxurious”
The hotel reception was professional and welcoming. The hotel decor was lovely and decorated for the holidays. The room was nice, spacious, with a lovely view. The grounds were extraordinary. The hotel is in one of the best neighborhoods in Pasadena, CA. It is an old historic hotel that has been redone. I have been there several times over the past years. Our only disappointment was the cost of a simple room service breakfast which had multiple "extra" (and very fine print) charges added to the bill. The cost of the extra charges ended up making the bill twice as much as the food! Having stayed all over the world in fine hotels, I have never seen anything like it. I would defintely return to the Langham, but I would never get room service again.
“Top of the line”
The bed was extremely comfortable with the greatest pillows and comforter. The room service was delightful with the wait staff polite and the food amazing. The maids were never seen but always present in the cleanliness of the room. Front desk excellent. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Never had to wait for my car - always had cold water waiting inside. What more can I say? Five star all the way!
“Fabulous”
Expedia priced this hotel well under what it would normally cost. We loved everything about the hotel good food, lovely room with a view fo the garden. Only two things were a problem: they charge 10 dollars a day for internet service -- and the 25 dollar parking fee (which, of course does not cover the tip you need to give every time you need to use your car.)
