“Perfect location”
We enjoyed the close walk to Universal City Walk and the 5k run
“Would stay again”
Good place to stay if you are for Universal Studios, 10 minutes walk to the central gate of the Theme Park. Beds are very comfortable, food is really good.
“Will book again”
Love the breakfast there! And they have free shuttle to Universal Studio Hollywood&City Walk.
“ONLY ISSUE WAS SLOW CHECK IN”

“perfect stay, great location.. will definetely go back..”
nicee!!
“Excellent Stay”
From the Valet attendant to the front desk, we were met with smiles and courtesy. The room was clean and roomy (loved the soap and shampoo!). We would definately stay again.
“Ruined my daughter's 21st birthday”
Had a VIP event at Universal Studios as part of my daughter's 21st b-day. Booked 2 upgraded rooms. The 1st room had an intoxicating smell of Febreze. Food and dog pee on the walls and floor. Food under TV stand. 2nd room had many stains on walls and carpet. Put my hand on the back of a chair and felt something wet. Looked down, the chair had blood on it. I ran into the bathroom and scrubbed my hands, fearful of catching something. After many calls, waiting around (ruining any chance of our b-day plans), hotel security came to take a report. The supervisor (Pam) refused to come to look at filthy rooms or bloody chair. Christine, security agreed that the rooms were filthy. Nathan (hotel mgr), after long wait, called, said he would make it right, incl. getting me a doctor (NEVER happened). Over 4 hrs, had to wait in lobby, dirty rooms, or follow them, while they tried to find us 2 clean rooms. Btwn waiting, we were escorted by staff to lobby bar because we had missed dinner. A couple of appetizers, 4 sodas- $76! Terrible! 11pm, put in 2 regular rms on separate floors. Tired and upset! Barely slept. Worried what I might be exposed to from blood. Next day, requested the parking, internet and $76 lobby bar food charges be removed. 1 hr wait, they removed charges. Universal was completely ruined. We were tired and stressed. Cornelius, Dir of Ops said he would call. Supervisor said Nathan (hotel mgr) would call us too. Neither did! This ruined my daughter's 21st b-day
“A little pricy but worth the splurge”
Self Parking was $18 but it's L.A/Universal City Walk so no surprise there... Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff was super friendly. We got to our room and it reeked of smoke so I called down and they apologized and asked us to come back. I didn't even get all the way to the front desk before the girl was walking towards me with a new set of room keys to an upgraded, corner room on a higher floor. The bed was amazing, the shower was perfect and the entire outside wall of the room was a window which served for a great view. We took a free shuttle to Universal City Walk for a concert (AIrborne Toxic Event at the Gibson Amphitheatre - AMAZING!). Though the Hilton is literally across the street from the City Walk, the hotel sits on a hill so if you have any qualms with your knees/back keep that in mind. It's not downhill both ways :) So we get back to the room just after midnight and order room service. They said it would be 30 minutes but it was more like 15. It was hot, tasty and the server was way too apologetic about not bringing straws (even though we didn't even ask for them) but I swear he must have ran down to get some because he was back up to the 11th floor in a flash. We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was so great and the room was very comfortable.
“not impressed for the money”
no help with luggage upon arrival it rained one day and returned to room to find window leaking and floor soaked was given towels to soak up water. I thought I was on vacation!!!! NOT.
“very convinient”
