"Marie was fantastic, we sent our son for schooling and he spent 11 days. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood, very clean and easy to access the amenities you would need and location is perfect for planning your day trips. Communication was excellent, the basement suite is a great size, bigger than most and with all the amenities. Very clean! Great parking right on driveway, seperate and secure entrance. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. We plan to stay again! Thx Marie"

"Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old."

"It’s nice apartment - newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. The price is great. The description could be clearer - it’s a one bedroom (not 2) and the parking is on the street because the driveway is full. It is also a basement apartment so expect noise from above but it’s hard to beat the price in this area. "
