Hotel is surrounded by views of the mountains and many outdoor fire pits that make the hotel's property feel very cozy and beautiful. Walking didtance to town and restaurants. Hotel serves fantastic buffet and ready to order breakfast. Loved the stay and service."

"My new favourite hotel in Banff!!! Booked last minute and arrived at around midnight, front desk staff was super kind and friendly. Our room was very big, quiet, and clean, we could see the spectacular northern lights from our balcony all night. They are very eco-friendly and even gave us freshly ground coffee in a jar. We couldn’t ask for more, I’d rate our stay 12 out of 10 and mom loved this hotel so much. I was so glad that they had a great room available and it was just perfect to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Would definitely stay here again. "
