"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with one exception. It was indicated that check-in could be at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were informed that a room was not available yet. A room was not made available until 4pm. In the big picture, not a huge deal, given everything else was superb; nonetheless, we would have appreciated being able to check in at the time indicated in the reservation document. "

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Old House. It is a really special place. However, we were surprised to see no hand soap at the sink in the bathroom. There was a notice that you could buy soap that is sold by the Spa on the property. We found this unusual and a bit strange. Other than that everything was great. "

"Overall the area is obviously stunning and beautiful, so that’s the main reason to stay there. It’s calm, quiet and a great place to unwind. The lodges themselves are a little rustic and basic, but they are fine. The service was super friendly and helpful. Was truly disappointed in the restaurant. The prices were expensive and for $45 I would have expected the seafood pasta to have fresh local seafood (after all…it’s located on the ocean) but the frozen seafood which barely had any meat to it...
