"Very clean and well appointed room. Staff was amazing. Only con was a little warm in room and there was a sign on thermostat/ac control to please not set below 68°, but a/c would not turn on set at 68°."

"We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions. "

Fairmont Vancouver Airport In-Terminal Hotel

"The hotel offered what you would expect from Fairmont. Only negative was we had to drop off a rental car which is across from domestic arrivals and you have to walk a long distance to the hotel to the end of International flights. They did however offer a ride to check in or security in the morning. Thankfully. "
