"Great location to everything you want to see"
This is a very nice hotel and the staff are very accommodating, providing great suggestions on what to see and how to get there. It is centrally located to many attractions. The breakfast is great and we were very pleased with the stay. The only thing we thought could use improvement is the mattress quality. With this being a little higher on the cost side, the mattress in our room is what we would expect from a Motel 6. If you are going to charge a higher rate, at least provide quality mattresses for a quality nights sleep. Other than that the stay was great!

"Nice little hotel "
Hotel Centauro was a nice experience, although we had difficulties finding it! Tucked down a tiny little Venetian street, we walked past it several times without realising! The hotel is however located a short walk from the main square and grand canal. Once we found it we were quickly checked in. The hotel is quiet and we felt safe there. Our room had everything we needed, although there were several areas where the decoration wasn't finished properly. Nice bathroom, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good - amazing quoissants! The only thing that slightly let it down was the lady on reception who came across as rude. Other than that we had no issues and did enjoy our stay there.

Locanda La Corte

Our room in Locanda la Corte was small but furnished in keeping with the age of the building. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast adequate.

"Close to Rialto "
Big point is location. Otherwise an average hotel, pictures on net aren't most accurate at what to expect. But while in Venice your hardly gonna be spending a lot of time in the room anyways. Amenities worked fine. Good for average travellers/not looking for luxury.

Great location and within easy reach of Zaterre or Piazza San Marco. Very clean and looks like it was renovated yesterday. Fixtures/fitting all look brand new and roof top pool lovely albeit very busy.

Hotel Nazionale

Lista di Spagna, 158, Venice - Map
"old building, tolerable conditions"
This hotel is obviously in an old building, so it has limitations. The rooms are small, with small desks and armoires. It is clean and quite tolerable, but to say it is nice, is probably going too far. You have to walk up a number of stairs to get to the lobby, and the elevator is too small for more than two, or to take your luggage with you. Being near the train station, it is on a very busy "street".

"This is an amazing hotel with great location point"
This was my first trip to Venice, It was a special birthday for me & my Daughter sister and niece came with me to mark the occasion, The hotel is absolutely fantastic in terms of location, great helpful staff who was on hand to give you any advice or directions that you needed. The breakfast was great and catered for all needs in terms of food choice and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted, the staff in the breakfast terrace were great and very accommodating looking after any requests for types of drinks, coffee etc. I honestly wouldn't want to stay in another hotel when I return. In terms of Venice itself, What a great experience and magical feeling it portrays It can be on the expensive side for those on a limited budget but otherwise you can eat in nice central restaurants or walk through the little back streets to find something as good in quality but not just as expensive. I absolutely loved the Gondola ride, the trip to Murano, Sitting in St Marc square in the café people watching, walk about looking at the main sights / attractions and history of this amazing city.
