"Nice hotel, great location."
The hotel is in a good, central location. If not arriving by boat, it can be difficult to find as the road entrance is down a small ally with no signs indicating it is there. It has all the facilities you would want from a hotel and was comfortable enough, although we found the bed a bit hard. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for sightseeing if you're not sure. We spent three lovely nights there and would recommend it as a place to stay.

"Perfect hotel"
I booked to stay at Ca' Pagan just a week or so before going to Venice and chose it due to its good reviews and also the gorgeous look of the hotel. We were given the Marco Polo room which was lovely and had a nice big bathroom with a nice walk in shower. The decoration of the hotel was beautiful with luxurious marble, glass and fabrics everywhere and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were all lovely- from the receptionists to the breakfast staff who kept breakfast open for us even though we were late on the first morning due to a late flight the night before. The staff really made this a pleasurable experience and were so helpful with directions or suggestions or were just happy to chat about anything and everything! The breakfast had a selection of everything you could want including pastries, biscuits and sweets, bread, eggs, cheese, cold cuts of meat, jam, Nutella, yogurts, cereal, juice etc and we also had a cappuccino or two each morning made by the lovely breakfast ladies. The breakfast room is also very peaceful to sit in especially when on your own for breakfast as we were for the first two mornings. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet but also close enough to everywhere you could want to visit in Venice and it was also right next to a water bus stop where you hop on the water bus to get around or it is walking distance to all the popular sites if you prefer to walk. This hotel really made our stay in Venice one of the best holidays ever! Thank you!

"Excellent"
Nice relaxing stay. All staff very friendly. Took a bottle of wine to reception and was asked if I would like it opened before I mentioned it ( corked wine there not screw caps) was given wine back with 2 wine glasses to take back to room. Good breakfast selection, scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, cereal,, fruit ( mixed and whole) yogurt etc. Room very comfortable. T.V has only news and video music channel in English, rest Italian. Stayed in deluxe room , would recommend and book again i

"Great place for families"
AD Place is marketed/known for couples and romance, but we were just as happy there as a family. We had a suite that comfortably slept us and our two teenage children. The decor was cool and different--kids thought it was awesome! The location was great--arriving by boat to the front door on a canal was really a fun arrival scene. We walked to all the main areas/sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids thought the breakfast was best of the three hotels we stayed in while in Italy. Would definitely stay again.

"Hôtel intimiste et parfaitement situé"
Parfait pour toute personne souhaitant loger dans un hôtel tout en préservant leur intimité. Petit dej monté à la chambre, calme et discrétion puisque le bâtiment de l'aqua B se trouve à une rue de l'hôtel principal. Pas facile à trouver au début mais ensuite parfait! A 5 min du Rialto et 8 min de la Place Saint Marc.

"Luxury hotel with a personal touch"
The staff are the real stars in this hotel. Polite, friendly and happy to help in any way possible. Myself and my friend both had classic city view bedrooms which were very nicely furnished and they were lovely and quiet to sleep in. My only complaint would be the slight disruption caused by the refurbishment of some of the bedrooms next to ours.. We decided to eat twice in the restaurant and wasn't disappointed on either occasion. The vanilla souffle is something really special. Afternoon tea was available free of charge in the lounge each afternoon but we only discovered it on the last day.

"Hotel in position A"
Arrived at the door by water taxi which was lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Our room was on the street to the water bus and noisy so we asked to be moved and we got a lovely quiet room. The hotel is adjacent to St Marks square so it's near everything. Would definite go back.
