Our check in with Diamel was wonderful and every time we ran into him it was a wonderful experience. The concierge Anna went out of her way to walk us down to the metro and show us where to go. Overall this was a very wonderful stay and I would absolutely do it again."

"Ibis Paris is 5-10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and location near everything. My home away from home where me and my friend from US and Canada stayed here for 9 days. It’s accessible by train / metro which is next to hotel and many surrounding restaurants close late til 12am or 2am. There’s also a shared Microwave in the lobby and we refill our water daily at the lobby water dispenser. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive to our needs. The houseketyingvstaff is amazing always there when we need cleaning or refilling supplies. I highly recommend this location and hotel for its cleanliness, value for the money and near all Parisien sights."

"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!"
