"Ich habe 7 Nächte in der kleinen, extrem gemütlichen behaglichen Wohnung verbracht. Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wanderwege gibt es praktisch vom Haus weg. Sogar Seen sind per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin schmückte die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und ein leckeres Geschenk stand auf dem Tisch. Ich habe vor, wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese erholsame Aus-Zeit!"

"Samantha and Arne have done an amazing job of transforming their historic property into a modern space. Yet the historic is maintained with exposed parts of the old building. They are a very friendly couple and Heidi their dog is sweet too! In a group of farm houses and modern homes it combines Bavarian country with the conveniences of a larger town. We loved it!!!!"

"Great location, newer appliances, nice rooms and a great little grill and patio. Only drawback was that all the floors and every board squeaked horrendously. If anyone walked at night it would wake them up."

Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."

We were impressed with how the fire brigade worked to clear the snow from the roof tops and how quickly the main roads were cleared to keep them open. "Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing. "
