"Nice hotel; close to the Maine Mall and Portland"
I booked my stay through Expedia's Unpublished Rates, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try something new. After a long drive from PA, I arrived well before check in, but Meghan, the front desk employee, managed to find me a clean room so I could relax and settle in. The room was in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet and relaxing. The room itself was spacious and clean. Plus it was only 10 minutes away from Downtown Portland.

"Perfect location! Great staff!"
We went to OOB for an overnight. We are a family of four. One of our daughters has special needs and has trouble walking. This location was perfect! The rides and beach access are literally across the street! The pier, shops and food are right next door. The rooms are recently updated and very cute inside! The motel seems to still be in the process of being updated. I would definitely stay again! The staff was very nice and even on check out day let us leave our car parked there for a few hours after so we could stay near the beach a little longer at no extra cost! There is a commuter train directly behind the hotel and you can hear the roller coaster but we didn't care! I will say the kitchenette is not stocked with any basics so bring your own. Another plus is they had AC which was great!
