"It's surprising to go down a dozen steps to a basement apartment and find a bright space with a nice view out to lawn, trees and creek. We enjoyed our stay in this tidy, stylish apartment for two. There is off-street parking, room to roll bikes around and down to the private patio, and places to sit outdoors in the sun or shade. Inside there are comfortable chairs with good light for reading, a tv that operates on one remote, lots of hangers in the closet,... all well done. The toilet and drain...

The space is tidy and well thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and parking was easy even though it was on the street in the downtown area. "Everything was super great! Full kitchen and living was nice! Super spacious. The one downside was no counter space in the bathroom. I just took the cutting board from the kitchen and placed it over the sink which worked for me. Other than that- great location and great apartment!!!"

"We came to Boise for a family friend’s graduation from Boise State. The location of the cottage was perfect, with quick access to the freeway and very close to downtown and the university. The property is so cute and well kept. The bathroom sink is a little small, but everything else was great. Communication with the management was easy and with quick responses. Overall a great stay!"
