"Our stay at VV in Cabo, our first time in Mexico and at an all-inclusive resort, exceeded all expectations. At Latitude, we were treated to outstanding service by Francisco and Susana, whose warm hospitality made us feel truly special. Chef Guadalupe's culinary skills were amazing, making every meal unforgettable. Similarly, our lunch and dinner at Taberna were superb. Arturo, the restaurant manager, provided impeccable service from start to finish, ensuring our dining experience was perfect. We highly recommend both Latitude and Taberna for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience at VV. Our first all-inclusive experience turned out to be a delightful surprise, thanks to the exceptional staff and delicious food!"

"We had an excellent stay here. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the resort was kept immaculate. We saw staff working hard at all times and their hard work really showed. Food and beverage options were great, and there were fun activities planned for each day. Front concierge staff, specifically Joel, made our check in and check out super easy. When we needed assistance he was very helpful and attentive! If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the sun, pool, and beach which is steps away from the pool, this is the place for you. If you are looking for more nightlife and clubbing during your stay, look for a resort instead that is in Cabo San Lucas. "

"The customer service was excellent. The first room we were supposed to stay at had broken furniture and the phone was broken. Mr. Hernandez was very quick to address the issue and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. Our new room had a beautiful view of the ocean on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet throughout our stay. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. There is a lady at the lobby who was very helpful for booking activities and recommending things to do on your vacation. The breakfast was great, there were a lot of options. They have a bread station (mostly toast), hot entrees station (scrambled eggs, french toast, veggie options & meat dish). They also had a cereal/oatmeal station and a salad/fruit section. Coffee and tea was also provided. The swimming pool area was a nice relaxing spot, there were towels readily available by the pool. There is a mall walking distance from the property. There were lots of restaurants close by as well. Overall, it was a great stay at Hyatt Place. "
