« Upon arrival, use of bathroom resulted in no water due to failure of toilet to refill. When we returned after 5 day kayak trip, unable to shower due to problem with pump. The owner said we did not have to pay, but there is no means to request a refund at that point. Also, upon opening back doors, the foam strips which provided some seal came loose and were difficult to replace, leaving openings for insects to enter. »

There are artistic and thoughtful touches, tasteful furnishings, a great bed, quality towels, etc. The hosts have thought of everything in the kitchen. Quiet! The night sky, amazing sunrises and sunsets make this a stunning place. Having traveled all over the world, I can honestly say this was one of my favorites. »

« The property is lovely but the hosts have everything set up so you are entirely dependent on them. We could not get our rental car to the property, even though they said a front wheel drive would be all right. If we needed a four wheel drive, they should have told us so we could rent one! So they would have to shuttle us any time we wanted to leave the property. The swimming pool was covered and we weren’t allowed to use it without asking them to take the cover off.
