« Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommend this condo. Ubers are plentiful and very affordable and super easy with the Uber app. Thank you Maria for hosting us and hope to stay at your lovely casa again. »

« 3rd trip to this property and still love it. Every condo is slightly different so choose what’s most important to you: view, space, floor height etc. this condo was in great shape with a great view from the balcony, but not inside the condo »

« We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay. »

« My husband and I loved this property. The views were beautiful, it was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and groceries, quiet and relaxing. The pools at the property were lovely too. We had the property manager arrange for transportation from the airport and had him do some shopping for essentials prior to our arrival. We were impressed with the level of service and the quality of the amenities. We would love to return again for another...

« We have stayed at a LOT of vacation rentals, and this is by far one of the best! This was like staying at home away from home. The refer was stocked with water and beer and all kinds of condiments and sauces. The spices and cooking supplies were awesome for preparing meals... And then there is the view! Listening to the waves as you drift off to sleep, and waking up to look at the ocean is just so relaxing. In mid April we watched whales swim near by and sting rays jumping at dusk. The pools and...

« We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

« This was a fantastic spot for our family. The beach was perfect for surfing and shore playing. There is a bit of an under current but it’s gorgeous. We saw whales everyday from the property. Love it and will be back! »

« L'appartement est spacieux, très bien agencé, décoré et équipé, parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La grande terrasse a une vue directe sur la très grande piscine et la mer avec possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner face à une vue incroyable. Accès direct à la plage.
