Welcome to Casa Kim!

This condo is truly the place that you want to be for your Cabo Vacation! We welcome you to escape to the panoramic ocean views & breezes, of this recently remodeled & private 1700-square-foot condo at Costa Azul's La Jolla. Casa Kim is located in an exclusive gated community minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The best part about Casa Kim is the condo is a beach-front property with ocean views that are visible from every room. The condo has everything that you need to relax, sit back, enjoy a margarita, and create great memories on your Cabo Vacation. The community boasts splendid gardens, two pools, fountains, and ocean sights, and great location to downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The unit is completely redecorated and contains all new furniture, linens, towels and bedding. Remote controlled air-conditioning units and TVs with cable are in every room. New 50' wide screen SMART LED TV in family room. You can access Netflix or Hulu.

The kitchen is fully stocked and flows to the dining area perfectly. Cozy up in the living area with ocean sounds, and relax in total seclusion. Step out of either master bedroom and living areas to the private terrace with an excellent elevated vantage point to unbeatable ocean views including Palmilla point and Punta Gorda.

This property is just two minutes from the One and Only, Palmilla Hotel, with its World Class 27-hole Jack Nicklaus course and their new shopping area of Las Tiendas and unbeatable gourmet restaurants. Westin Regina is a 5 minute drive.

The Costa Azul energy is contagious, with it's world-class surfing, eateries, and shopping, just a short five-minute walk.
This unit is adjacent to The Bel Air Hotel which has a cafe and bar. Taxi service is near your door. Adjacent to this property you will find a new organic restaurant, a coffee shop and mini market. Walk on the beach to the famous Zipper's restaurant at the surfing beach or try fusion dining and music at Brisas. Across the street is Havana's night club with live jazz nightly.

Take a five-minute drive, bus (intercity bus stop is a two minute walk) or taxi (taxi stand at the complex), to the authentic, quaint, provincial town of San Jose Del Cabo, with its pastel cottages and flowering trees, lining the narrow streets. While maintaining its colonial style, San Jose is becoming sophisticated, with it's collection of cafes and art galleries, mixed in with original authentic shops and unique dining experiences. The beauty of Cabo San Lucas and lands end is a short 15 minute drive away.

The condo was super clean & comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for us. The bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely appointed. The VIEWS from every room were terrific. We spent lots of time on the balcony, almost 90 feet long with lmany seating options. The gentleman (Fredrick) who greeted us & got us settled in was helpful & nice. We ate dinner out every night (twice at Mamma Mias), just a short walk down the beach. Uber picks up in front of the condo room in the parking lot, which was helpful. We highly recommend a stay at Casa Kim, it's lovely!

All four sliding doors opened onto the very large deck from which we could see the Sea of Cortes. View was amazing and the roar of the tide kept us glued to the outdoors. The interior was clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices. In the laundry room were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles...everything one would need.

Location, location, location, perfect view. Access to the beach and the pool were great. Kitchen well stocked with spices, cooking oil etc. And importantly for me they had some coffee filters for the coffee maker. Not something you want to run out an buy if arriving late.

Amazing views. The condo was exactly as described. A very quiet community. Beautiful pools, beautiful grounds. We love, love, love Maria the security guard! We even witnessed a turtle digging her nest for her eggs. Would definetely stay again!

Check back to Feb 8, 2024 for my more detailed review of Casa Kim & La Jolla. Frederico was the property manager that met us this trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything about the condo. Peter's Youtube TV in the livingroom was very versatile. We used Uber to go everywhere, a trip for 4 of us to el Centro - old downtown SJdC, only cost around 4 US. And, there were more spoons this trip.

The condo was in a beautiful, quiet condo developement.It was very close to San Jose del Cabo which is just lovely and to Cabo San Lucas. We were right on the beach which was also not crowded. We watched whales, stingrays and the large waves. We had a lovely time and will be coming back to this area.

Perfect relaxing vacation

We stayed 1 week in Cabo and 1 week in San Jose. This was a perfect spot for relaxing on the beach - not busy but easy access to old town San Jose. Loved it!!!

Great place

We were very happy with this location for our one week stay. The condo is very spacious and well lay-out. The kitchen is well organized. You need to use Uber for groceries and to go downtown. You can’t swim on that beach. The two pools at the resort are great. It’s very safe. Staff are very friendly. There are a few restaurants which are walking distance. They were a few minor maintenance issues which we did address with management. We would definitely go back.

Amazing location & unit.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. 2nd floor unit facing the beach with panoramic views. Two nice pools, palapas on the beach, and a quick walk to the beach. Community is convenient to several grocery stores and about 15 minutes from the art district. There was a hiccup with our stay. The unit above us was getting exterior construction that we were not made aware of. The unit's management company said the HoA had not notified them either. They tried to get the work stopped but unfortunately were not able to. The owners and management company did offer some options and ultimately we decided to stay and accepted a partial refund. Despite the hiccup, we'd come back again and recommend the unit and community if youre looking for a lowkey place to stay. Thanks to Kristen and Federico for trying to make our stay more comfortable.

Quiet, Handy Location, Beautiful Views, Friendly Staff

The condo's directly on the beach yet secluded (few people walking by), no highway traffic noise & easy walk to restaurants. Both master bedrooms are en-suites w/sliders onto a wrap-around balcony w/views of the pool areas & ocean. We watched whales breaching & little rays 'slapping' by the shore. All the appliances, utensils (could use more spoons), bed & bath linens, etc were as listed in the amenities. WiFi was excellent, but only 7 cable TV channels were available this year? A/C units in all rooms but didn't need it. Potable water at the kitchen sink & ice-maker is a BIG plus by not having to lug heavy 5-gal water bottles up to the condo. So was digital door lock vs having to mess with keys. La Jolla's pool areas, beach & grounds are all well maintained. The friendly security crew was always present, doing their rounds walking the grounds & along the sea wall day & night. We booked thru VRBO; all contact was w/ Kristen at CPM. We also used CPM to arrange round-trip airport transfers, w/ a stop at La Comer grocery on way to condo to stock up. Personnel at both companies were professional, friendly & reliable. Can't thank Pablo, CPMs maint inspector enough for all his help. Met us at the condo w/drinks & salsa, answered all our checking in ? and a life-saver helping w/ Telcel's sim card so we could use Uber. There's an OXXO store just a block down the highway & 2 pharmacias for OTC & RX meds. Momma Mia's left down the beach; Zippers right dtb & Cantina Sardina(our favorite)
