"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"Top floor is like an apartment and stretched from front to back. Bathroom top floor was huge with separate shower and tub. And there's a balcony whete you can see the water. 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms . Issue with fan and lights in one of the bedrooms. "This property is so much nicer than the pictures and so much spacious than expected. Property lovely and clean and great location. Miss Pat made our stay perfect in every way, so helpful and kept the place spotless. Nothing was too much trouble and interacted well with my Jamaican family. We will really miss her. The owner sent 2 bottles of wine during our Xmas stay which was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend staying at Sea palms."

"Property is in ideal location. Located on 5th floor. Building is quiet. Area is tourist location so the blowing of horns was my only irritant but this is Jamaica. I felt comfortable there and able to cook and enjoy the view from the apartment balcony. The beach is close and needed a pass to get through the gate to access the beach. Check in was a breeze without delays. I will definitely be back to that apartment and location."

"Had an excellent time from the receptionist to my waitresses. They knew what time i’d arrive for breakfast and they took good care of me. my room was a bit warm they immediately sent someone to look at it and fix the problem. Aaliyah smoothies is so good. Beach is fantastic, food is good, i only ate breakfast bc im not on grounds for any other meal. Folks were very nice, they match your energy. Overall i’m pleased with my stay."
