Breakfast was served round a huge table- oryou could eat on the veranda or in a separate room. David was very welcoming. An excellent cheap bus service into the city, about 3 minute walk away. "

"Our stay at Cottage Lake Bed and Breakfast was very relax full. The natural beauty of the & B is breathtaking. We viewed and connected with so much of site-seeing of otters, variety of birds, fish and ducklings, not to forget about the breathtaking view of the stars and moonlight. The treehouse is a great area to view the lake and to meditate. The owners Bet, John and their greeter Sadie are very welcoming. "I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches. But this isn’t in every room it’s a few things here and there sprinkled about. My most recent stay I actually encountered a room that had some of...

"Nice that it has free washer and dryer use unlike other hotels/motels where you have to pay quarters to use it. Love that the room comes with free amenities and bedroom is separate from the livingroom. Costs a little more than other places and I feel is a upgrade. Great bonus! I'll continue coming here instead of motel 6 ANYDAY, HANDS DOWN. "
