"This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!"

"The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!"

"It was a last minute mini vacation and we were very happy to find a place on Atlantic Ave. Being off season it was relatively quiet which we were looking for. We rented the 1st floor, very clean, quite spacious, we loved the front sunroom for morning and back sunroom for sunsets. Weather was nice enough for us to sit out back in the afternoon. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach."
