"Well, your staff there made us feel like we had come home from a long journey. Miss T. at the front desk took such good care of us. The bartenders, Tiffany was cute but Lorrie she had us in stitches' and really knew her stuff. I know that I am leaving out a lot of people from the others on the front desk to the young men that prepared our breakfast. Which was always good, they really made sure that everyone was well taken care of. We usually stay at the large chain hotels but were really pleased by the Giacomo. Your staff and fellow guest made our vacation wonderful. Thank you. "
