“Best choice in the area.”
Excellent experience. Have recommended this to friends and family. Much better than average Hotel breakfast. Hotel was the best part of our weekend. They brought complimentary fresh baked cookies to our room... Will stay here again, even if going to visit Buffalo.
“Highly recommended!!”
The Manager and entire staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and updated. Great value, great service and we will definitely return.
“Really a great experience.”
It was a great experience, the attention and everything was really outstanding, we would like to spend more time there. myself as an architect really found the building fantastic, and my family found everything, every detail great, we all enjoyed our stay there.
“Personalized Service”
I really loved this hotel, because the emphasis was on the customer, and every need we had was attended to. From the lovely breakfast, replete with delicious omelets and waffles, to the tourist information center located next door, everything was so personalized that our stay in Niagara Falls was seamless and friendly. The room was very nice, too, and the hotel (the only boutique hotel in the city) had a lot of interesting Art Deco features that made it fun to be in. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a different take on Niagara Falls.
“Best hotel in Niagara Falls USA”
A stunning building, a bit like a mini empire state building and built at the same time. The rooms are stunning, and have quiet air con and fridges. If I was to be really picky I would say that the room had a concrete ceiling and I would have prefered it to be a suspended ceiling hiding the pipework. However it was spotlessly clean has views of the falls and rapids and views over the much gaudier Canadian side development of the falls. Staff super friendly and can't do emough for you. Continental breakfast included, a computer and printer for guests that don't have their own lap tops with them. Also a lounge on floor 19 with fantastic views, day and night. Easy walking distance of the foot bridge to Canada too.
“CAN"T WAIT TO GO BACK”
The room was great but the bed was amazing ( I intend to buy the same for home) The breakfast was more than sufficient. The town car to drive us to dinner and pick us up was a huge bonus. The staff made several reservations for us and recommended excellent restaurants. We will go back again but in the warm weather.
“Cant wait to go back”
Everything was better then expected
“LOVED IT!!! WOULD GO BACK.”
WE HAD A WODERFUL STAY. WOULD DO IT AGIAN, AND DEFINETLY RECOMEND TO MY FRIEDS.
“Great Time at the Giacomo”
This hotel is a remake of an old office buiding that had been put up in 1929. It is very close to the American Falls and very close to the Niagera Falls National park. My wife and I enjoyed our time there very much. We would go back and we recommend this hotel to others. There is a great observation gallery on the top of this motel.
“Off Season Treat”
We stayed at the Giacomo for one night, and were very satisfied. We were surprised to have a room with fireplace and whirlpool tub. The fireplace was not very impressive, but the unexpected upgrade was appreciated. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, and doesn't have a prominent sign. You are expected to stop your car in the street in front of the hotel. Luckily the street was not very busy. The valet parking is free, and there was generally someone available to retrieve our car for us. It was an easy walk to the American side of the Falls.
