“I plan on staying there again soon.”
I was very impressed. The hotel is very close to the casino. My friends and I enjoyed the bar downstairs. The kids have a nice arcade and pool for them to enjoy too.
“Expensive restuarant”
Breakfast is $12.95! Go to Murphys Cafe for breakfast around the corner on 3rd St. Nice access to falls. Does not "overlook" the falls. No hotel on the US side overlooks the falls. Go to Canada for that.
“great place to stay on the NY side of niagara falls”
The hotel was not only clean and prettty the staff were friendly and very accomadating. We were allowed to check in early. The park, falls, and Canada are all in walking distance so we didn't have to worry about parking or driving into Canada. Even after check out the hotel allowed us to leave the car in the lot so we could walk into Canada for lunch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the NY side. It was a little pricey however it was definately worth the money!
“Love it”
Upon arrival, the lobby had pieces of card board to prevent slipping at the entry way ( It was snowing). A cone should have been placed to alert patrons of slipping hazards. We felt very welcome and appreciated by the on duty manager that evening and following morning. The restaurant was kind of dark for breakfast and breakfast was disappointing. Aside from this, ur stay was pleasant and the location was extremely convenient to the falls and the casino. This was my second stay at this hotel and both times, I left a happy customer.
“Very Impressed, best bang for your buck”
When we walked up to the front desk, the two concierge were very helpful and very pleasant, they adjoined our rooms and put us on the first floor(we didn't have to ask). The pool was clean, the bar was fully stocked, the room was big and clean. Hotel in walking distance to Casino! Awesome
“Definitely staying here during my next visit to Niagra Falls!”
The hotel room was very clean and very spacious. The bed was a king-size and was SUPER comfortable! It was the first hotel room I have stayed in with hardwood floors, and I absolutely loved that. I also loved that there was a restaurant right in the hotel, and that it is walking distance from all kinds of restaurants, attractions, and the casino! Being that it was snowing during our trip, we didn't choose to actually walk anywhere, but when we visit again in the summer we are looking forward to being able to leave the car at the hotel and walk everywhere :)! I would have liked a better view from our window, preferably actually facing the Falls, but I enjoyed my stay and if I do go back to Niagara Falls I will be staying in this Holiday Inn!
“I'll stay here again & again”
Tons of local info in the hotel lobby-don't even need to go to the visitor center, although that is only 1 1/2 blocks away. They also have a booth in the lobby where you can book trips. You can walk just about everyplace from the hotel-even to Rainbow bridge to Canada.

Me and my fiance had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is great and it's only a 5 min. walk to the casino. It was half the cost of actually staying at the Casino, and I didn't regret that for a second. Everyone was courteous and attentive. The only issue I had was that we were put on a smoking floor when we had requested a non-smoking. We didn't make a fuss about it though because our room did not smell like the hallways, and was clean and fresh. I will be going back and staying at this hotel again!

Hotel was just renovated and is in great shape. Just recently became a Holiday Inn
