“Pleasant Stay”
Overall stay was very nice. Would definatley recommend to others!
“Very pleased”
My niece and I were in Niagara Falls, New York specifically for shopping and found that this hotel more than met our expectations. It was only a few minutes to the outlet mall and other shopping/restaurants were nearby. Front desk staff were professional and helpful, quickly providing us with directions & information. Our room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge, micro wave and coffee maker. There was also and iron & ironing board. Beds were comfy, a/c worked great and had a window that could be opened if you wanted fresh air. A self serve, buffet breakfast was provided and had a good selection: cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice etc., It was more than satisfactory and both days it held us over to dinner. The only negative thing we found was that the a/c system was leaking badly at the south end stairwell, leaving a large puddle inside. The staff were obviously aware of it, because they did have "caution" signs up and towels to soak up the water but it really does need to be repaired before it causes more damage to the system & the flooring. All in all, we would stay here again and would recommend.
“Great stay with lots of extras”
The lady that checked us in was so very nice and extremely professional. When asked she gladly gave us referrals to dinner and even some coupons. I was concerned on how to get back to the highway the next morning and she gave me great directions around the highway that saved me over an hour of time by missing construction. She was very helpful. And the swimming pool was chilly but great, we enjoyed it. We also asked for a quiet room and got just that. The room was very nice as well. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic, not just muffins and coffee but a full breakfast. Really great. The hotel is a little difficult to find, actually we had GPS so it was easy but without it, it might be a bit challenging. It is probably 10-13 miles from the falls heading toward NYC. But I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Newly renovated, comfy beds”
This was a really nice hotel, newly renovated with very comfy beds and linen. We enjoyed our overnight stay here my only complaint is there is not much to do on the American side of the falls at night. Only a 5 min drive from the Canadian side, though.
“Great Customer Service, Clean Hotel”
This is one of the best Holiday Inn's I have stayed in! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every way! Great customer service is not often found these days in any business. The staff was very helpful in every way! The hotel was extremely clean every where, from the pool to the bathrooms in the lobby to the carpeting under the bed spreads! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

Nicely maintained rooms with refrigerator, microwave oven. The continental breakfast is also good. Overall I recommend this hotel to any one.
“Very good choice”
Out of all the Hotels on the American Side of Niagra Falls, this looked to be the cleanest most comfortable. We were not disapointed with our stay. The complementary breakfast was very generous, although the coffee was not the best. We would definitely stay here again.
