"Had a wonderful stay at this suite in a private home. Host Sandie was super in her communications and easy to follow directions as to location and other needed info. Unit was very clean, a great comfortable bed and tons of hot water in the shower. Easy in front parking in quiet neighborhood A bit of a polk to downtown Vancouver but a fast journey with little traffic. "The place was as listed. It was clean, safe and accommodating. The area was easy to find and was secure and safe. There is daycare across the building. I booked it from Expedia and I didn’t got an email of the instructions to checking in (it’s because of Expedia, it’s not the host’s fault). But I contacted our host and he easily sent it to me. He was quick to reply. We had a great stay and will definitely book here again. "

"The unit hosts two adults comfortably. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedroom area also has couch for watching tv. Washer/dryer unit is handy and efficient. On-street parking is quite convenient. Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc. A great bargain all around!"

"Very new studio set apart from main residence. In a quiet neighborhood of fine homes. Close to shopping and dining. Not the best advance communication with the host, but home residents very helpful to get us situated. Studio lacks a few minor details, but otherwise all the important and expected items are in place for a very satisfactorily stay. "

"stayed 2 nights. Were gone all day so basically just used the beds and shower. Very clean. Unit just as pictures. Never had any contact with the owners as we didn't need to."

"The proprty was very clean and roomy. Was further from Central Business District than I expected. But there was a bus stop right outside and it was easy and inexpensive to take a bus to get to the Skytrain station and go directly downtown. Building was very secure and in a nice residential area with an oriental grocery store next door. Landlord was very responsive and helpful."

"The space is exactly as advertised and looks like the photos. The hot tub was a lovely extra on a cool weekend. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded to questions. Sheldon (a fellow cyclist) helped us to secure our bikes for extra peace of mind. Would recommend and will return here in the future."
