"The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end."

Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. "We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. "40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!"

"We’ve been to punta banda multiple times. We love it and keep coming back. Beautiful beach as your backyard. Pods of dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee, beautiful sunsets in the evening. All day boogie boarding for my kids. House is spacious. Owners have great communication. Though, Come prepared with bug spray. unfortunately my teenage boys were eaten up by mosquitos. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"This place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely gorgeous! It felt super luxurious, and I loved my stay. The location on a hill meant walking everywhere wasn't always easy, but rideshares were super affordable - like $3 each way! There were just a couple of minor things that needed attention, like the TV and the shade in the living room. Overall, though, it was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it! 5 stars for this PV haven!"

"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."

The buffet was plentiful and a good variety of different food every day. Loved the Italian restaurant. The rooms are clean and well serviced.
