« We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

« Our second year staying at Islays del Sol in the Golden Zone. An older building on the beach front in a great area. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The restaurant on site is worth a try, the food and service is great. »

« Place was not the cleanest but it paid of with the nice view. The property asks for a picture of your identification which I found odd since it’s all booked through hotels.com. Once I arrived I had to wait for the property manager to send me the information on which apartment and send me the other information I needed to get in. »

« The place is spotless and more than we expected in terms of amenities! The couple issues we had (a/c dripping, and a hot water isssue) was tended to within hours and solved. The only reason I took off a star on location and neighborhood is that a handful of nights the music started thumping at some of the local places, beginning after 10pm and went sometimes til dawn... other times it was nothing. The road noise was nonexistent with the doors closed. Looks and rooftop areas, just so nice!! »

« Something to consider: - put combo lock like your neighbor has. I use similar for my rentals - MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. I understand cheap but TERIBLE. - we usually provide adequate soap and shampoo for short stays we do checkin.so .. - shower door bottom missing strip so water goes all on floor -sink faucet loose need to tighten from below. »

« My husband and I wanted to take our children ages 18 to 22 on a trip…. This was the perfect location. Great restaurants all within walking distance. The girls could walk to the mall. A $6 Uber ride to Walmart for everything we needed. Beautiful beach and the most unbelievable pools. The club right next door was a bast with great music!! Only three days a week and only till 9 pm. If you don’t like the music at the pool move to the other end! The pool is huge!!!! You can’t hear it from the other...
