See lovely sunrises and incredible sunsets from the privacy of your own home. This home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin/single beds that easily convert to a king size bed. Located in the most desirable tower, this unit offers wonderful amenities and unparalleled luxury from the best location in Puerto Vallarta. Only 2.6 miles/8 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport, you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive. Start your day with a coffee on your beachfront balcony, whale watching, watching the boats head out for the day and the early morning swimmers in the multiple Grand Venetian infinity pools. Then wander down to the onsite restaurant for a delicious bite to eat or a delightful drink from the poolside wait staff. Enjoy a workout at the onsite fitness center followed by a massage at the spa. At night, you’ll enjoy watching the cruise ships pull out of port, as the sunsets over the ocean, then the twinkling lights of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the almost nightly fireworks. This home has been freshly updated with new furniture, new high thread count bed linens, towels, pillows, outdoor furniture and lovely artwork. The living room has an all glass floor to ceiling wall, opening to the ocean views and panoramic sunsets with enough comfortable seating for family movie nights. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to cook memorable meals during your holiday. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed and boasts beach & ocean and pool views with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the front balcony. It has its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the wide balcony that it shares with the 3rd bedroom. From the balcony you have views of the new La Isla Mall and the city, to the mountains beyond. It has a spacious walk-in closet and double sinks its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin/single size beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto the large balcony it shares with the second bedroom. It has an ensuite bathroom which has a second door opening from the hallway for guests to use as a powder room. The unit has a key code lock instead of an actual key, to open front door making it easier to come and go from the pool, the beach, etc. without carrying a key. The complex has a lovely open air lobby with a waterfall and lush grounds with immaculate landscaping. In addition to the multiple infinity pools and the bar and onsite restaurant, the complex has tennis courts and an air conditioned game room with pool table, card table & flat screen TV. There is an air conditioned fitness center and a spa that offers massages, facials and similar services also available for your use. It also has a 12 person theater room that can be reserved. All these are in our tower, Tower 1\. Taxis and Ubers are readily available at the front of the building. The building has onsite 24/7 security and guarded gate entry. Underground parking is available. There is a guarded access gate to the beach where you have access to provided palapas and chairs roped off from the public. Condo amenities: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single/twin beds that can easily be converted to a king. Grand Venetian is only a 10 minute drive from downtown and the famous Malecon with many choices of restaurants from casual beachfront choices to 5 star restaurants on the hills with amazing views of the city and sea. Puerto Vallarta is famous for its charming cobblestone streets and weekly Art Walk of all the downtown Art galleries. There is a lively restaurant scene and tons of nightlife choices from nightclubs to jazz and salsa. The Grand Venetian neighbors the La Isla outdoor shopping plaza that includes restaurants, a deluxe movie theater and many retail stores. The Peninsula Plaza neighbors our three towers to our right and has several banks for ATM access and money exchange as well as restaurants and pubs. Within a 5 minute taxi ride or short walk are several grocery stores, a Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Costco, the Galleria (high end mall) and casino. The marina area is a 5 minute drive where you will find a marina malecon with restaurants, shops, bars, nail salons, etc. Why Puerto Vallarta? Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico in the Bay of Banderas and at the foot of the Sierra Madre mountains. The temperature is always tropical and the water is always warm. There are lots of activities to choose from - snorkeling, whale watching, golf, fishing, zip-lining and riding ATVs. You can drive up the coast to lovely towns like Bucerias, Punta Mita and Sayulita (famous for surfing). The spacious layout with 3 large bedrooms, provided tons of room for our family. The breathtaking ocean views from the condo were matched by the 4 super chill Infiniti pools, which were perfect for taking for relaxing and taking in the the scenery. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and shopping. The hosts were incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We had a family of six. Two grandparents two adults and two teenagers. The condo was enough room for all six of us to hang out comfortably and not be on top of each other. they had plenty of beach towels for our use all week. They had plenty of bath towels. Each bathroom had a Small travel size shampoo that they provide. So you might want to pick up some Toiletries at the store. La Commer is awesome, we preferred going there then Walmart or Costco. It’s a solid 35 minute walk from the condo. Isla mall is right next-door and was very convenient. Campomar and A group of restaurants across the street were really good eats. Although we really enjoyed the restaurant next to the pool at the condo. Solid breakfast, lunch and dinners. The owners were very responsive! AC was plenty cool. We actually got a little cold! The pools are very clean. Security is tight so we felt very safe. Make sure to bring your wrist band or you won’t get back in. Our 14-year-old son loved going next-door to the The outdoor mall and buying gourmet ice cream bars. He did this every day by himself. One day he forgot his band and they wouldn’t let him through the front gate. So we had to run one down for him. Unfortunate included: 1) dirty (slick with oil) pan in toaster oven/air fryer 2) over 50% of dishes cracked or chipped 3) filthy rug under dining table 4) dishwasher ineffective - soap didn't dissolve - which is probably why many dirty dishes and cutlery in cabinets 5) Netflix couldn't "scroll" up enough to watch a movie 6) light out in bathroom. There were no exit instructions, rare for a VRBO. The explanation of "black foot syndrome" to vindicate dirty floors...would probably have been better to request guests take shoes off. No local maps. "Toothbrush" cups in bathrooms were filthy. It's a lovely place, just needs more attention to details. ##### Cindy D. Pros: Security is great, proximity to the airport is wonderful, WiFi was fast and TV's had streaming as well as local channels / ESPN, etc. Beds were comfortable and the filtered water was a nice addition, which also filtered the ice maker on the fridge. Beach vendors provide opportunities if you want to go on a boat or get a massage. Improvements: A pack-n-play for the unit would be a nice addition, they're only like $100 and really help parents of young children have a crib. Also, at no fault to the unit or owners, it would be nice to have some kind of convenience store on-site. There were times we needed something small - coffee creamer for example - and required getting in an uber round trip to go to the store (likely walkable in cooler months, not walkable in September heat). There are vending machines in the basement parking garage that I found our last day that would have been nice to know. The unit is also located on the 14th floor which was a bit higher than I would comfortably want to be, which was fine until we experienced a 5.9 magnitude earthquake and wanted to be out of the unit quickly. Again, no fault to the owners and was just unique to our trip. That said, not sure I'd go back during low-season in September, some of the days the heat was oppressively hot and the pools didn't provide much relief those days. Would gladly stay in this unit again, Hector was great at communication and was provided exactly as described. ##### Jesse G. We had an amazing time at our condo that we rented from Hector! It’s was meticulously clean and maintained, the service at the Grand Venetian is impeccable, and the facility is amazing. We would definitely like to recommend bar service and pool service from Moi! He’s a great addition to the staff. As far as food choices are concerned, we are at Pipis for local flare, Abbraccio for Italian, and La Vaca for the best steak you have ever had (get the bottom sirloin and split it). It was delicious. Also, as far as excursions are concerned, we found out that you can purchase them cheaper from the guys on the beach than anywhere else. Ask for Roberto! UBER works great, it’s cheaper than cabs, and you can use your credit card. Grab some pesos before you come to purchase souvenirs with and to tip your guides. We loved our visit to Puerto Vallarta!
