We have travelled ftom Andalusia and all through Switzerland and this was the most comfortable. The breakfast was second to none....sooooooo much to choose from. "Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."
