"My wife, daughter and I visited Lyon for the first time from 23 December to 27 December. I would unhesitatingly recommend Marc and Helene's wonderful apartment at 6 rue de la Barre to anyone wanting to spend some time in Lyon. The apartment was very well appointed with every convenience that one would want including very nice glassware, crockery and cutlery and the bathroom was also very good. " The hotel staff were very friendly and were kind enough to speak to us in English. They even offered us options for a bath or a shower and view of the city. If you ever consider paying extra for the breakfast- do it. We were recommended the hotel for it's comfort and breakfast and it was worth it. Do try the egg station they are so so good. "Very nice staff and hotel facilities"

"We arrived very late due to a difficult journey but were received in good humour. We needed a room on a floor close to the ground because our three dogs who came with us and we were swiftly moved from the 5th to 2nd floor despite it being close on midnight. We then having sorted ourselves out and took the dogs for a walk from which we did not return until 2am. The night porter was extremely patient.
