"Beautiful heritage building with a quirky elevator, but I liked the character. Very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Clawfoot tub. On the negative side, next to the skytrain track so tended to hear that until trains stopped. It might get very hot in the summer, as we only had fans, no AC. Various social services nearby so some may be uncomfortable with the area. Staff were great!"

"The proprty was very clean and roomy. Was further from Central Business District than I expected. But there was a bus stop right outside and it was easy and inexpensive to take a bus to get to the Skytrain station and go directly downtown. Building was very secure and in a nice residential area with an oriental grocery store next door. Landlord was very responsive and helpful."

The property was nice and clean, the owner respinded quickly when i asked about where we should park and code to get into thw property. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement).
