"We needed a place to stay downtown for three weeks and this worked out perfectly. From the moment we checked in the staff were attentive and contacted us throughout our stay to find out if we needed anything. We had a one-bedroom suite and while it could definitely use a face-lift, it was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the maid service checked with us every day to see if we needed service, even though it was only scheduled for every other day. "Valet guy was fantastic. Front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant. The girl running breakfast deserves huge recognition. She was top notch in making sure everything was replenished and fresh. She even went the extra mile for a couple who came down 5 min before close and still accommodated them. That’s amazing customer service!!!! I will definitely stay in the future and recommend to others. "
