"Great spot near Algonquin East Gate! Casey was incredibly responsive, and the pictures don't really do the place justice. The property is up on a hill, adjacent to a school, and surrounded by deciduous trees with a touch of shield rock. Comfortable beds/furniture, and the fire pit and BBQ are added bonus'! You won't regret renting this place..."

"This property is beautiful and the cottage was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with kids and dog. We hiked the nearby hydro Palmer Rapids portage route every day. The kids cold plunged in the river and then warmed up by the bonfire. The river itself is majestic at this spot and the view from the cottage sofa and the screened-in porch was excellent. Kellie and Florencia were easy to get ahold of and answered any question we had. It was so nice to be able to bring the dog with us. We will definitely be coming back."

"The perfect place for a cottage getaway. Wonderful venue for winter activities, cloae to sledding, snowmobiling, skating. Hottub was a wonderful experience under the stars after a cold day. Clean, well stocked, comfy and good room for our family of 4. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. If I could give this 6 stars, absolutely would. Will definitely be booking for the summer!"

"If your looking for tranquility this is the place. I suprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend away and some much needed down time. We canoed the pond and walked the trails. The beaver's occasionally swam by and we were visited by the blue jays and the gray jays. Bring your candles for those candle lit evenings, remember no hydro. The location was easy to find and everthing was as the pics show. If needed you can charge your phone with the solar powered charger and signal strength is good. It got a little chilly at night so popped a log in the wood stove and warmed the cottage nicely. We will definitely be returning to this natural oasis "

"Very good location, not far from town if you needed anything. Lake was shallow great for young children . Cottage had everything you need very comfortable."
