“Great oasis in downtown Los Angeles.”
The O Hotel is a great place to relax and have a bite. We enjoyed having a late night dessert and a glass of wine by the fireplace.

the hotel was easy to find close enough to staples to walk, check in was fast the rooms were clean I will stay here again.
“Very Mod”
This hotel is very modern and trendy. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly! Parking can get a little confusing at either $10 a day or $22 a day, based on whether you leave the garage once or more. Stayed here because of its wonderful proximity to FIDM, which is right around the block. IHOP is right across the street and Macy's shopping mall is not even a block away. Location very convenient. Hotel is only maybe 20 minutes from LAX and an hour (with traffic) from Disneyland.
“Pleasant Stay”
I stayed at the O Hotel for one night during a business conference that was held at the LA Convention Center. I have no complaints. the staff was helpful (printing out directions for me) and inviting me to an event that was being held later that evening in the hotel. Should I need a hotel in the downtown area of LA again, I would go back.

It's a small boutique hotel in a great downtown location near good restaurants. Parking is convenient right next door. I've found it the best hotel value in downtown LA.
“Great staff made Hotel wonderful!”
From the moment we entered the Hotel we were treated with wonderful attention. A call for extra hangers was met with immediate results. All travel questions were answered with details that made all side trips a pleasue. The room was small but had everything we needed. If ever back in L.A. (downtown) I would stay at the O again.
“Great Find - Trendy Boutique Hotel in L.A.”
Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The bar is clearly an LA hot spot, but once up to room floors, there was no noise. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathroom is fine, but the shower has a partial glass wall with no door, so water tends to get all over the place. Also, bathroom door is a slider with NO sound insulation, so don't expect privacy if you have a companion. In-room ironing boards are the table-top kind, although full-sized boards are available from Housekeeping - be sure to request one if you need to iron - the tabletop boards are useless. Wireless Internet doesn't work with MS Vista - front desk asked at check in and provided a cable and instructions, but I still needed help to get on line. But, they were fast and friendly. Free coffee, juice and danish in lobby every morning. Free bottled water and refrigerator in room. Across street from grocery store (Ralph's) if you're staying for a few days. I like the hotel - it made me feel cooler than my "45-year old, attending a convention" self really is.

“Modern elegance, comfortable and unpretentious in downtown LA”
O Hotel was perhaps the most pleasant hotel stay I have ever had. The facility and staff are friendly, elegant but modern, comfortable, and unpretentious. The room was comfortable; wired internet service worked very well. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious and featured the best pain chocolat outside Paris. Despite warnings in some reviews, I found the hotel to be quiet. My only suggestion--place an instruction card for use of heating/AC remote on the guest room desk!
