The front desk staff were distracted and busy and the greeting was null. Our room was large and very clean. The pool was indoor, small and not inviting. High price to pay for a crappy pool

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to anything that we needed. We had the family suite and it was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel was quiet. The surrounding neighborhood has seen better days, but the hotel is secluded and the parking lot is safe. Close to Universal, but a solid walk if you want to go on foot. We did not attempt it because of the above listed neighborhood issues. We’d stay here again :)

The first night it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The next day we requested to have a different room away from the street and they accommodated our request.

I loved how close this is to universal. Theres a bar and aushi place like a block down. Theres other options for food really close by. I liked how i got upgraded a room and had a fee waived for no reason. I dont like how the room didnt have a central light, did have small lamps, and i couldnt figure out how to turn off the ac. Under the blankets i was pretty warm but outside i was freezing. Did enough my stay and would probably come back
