All in all it was a convenient stay for our trip to universal studios. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was minimal but at least it was something. The rooms were comfortable although the walls are very thin so we could hear everything next door other than that, it’s a good stay.

Tilt is located near coffee shops, local restaurants, and corner stores. Once you park, no need to drive if you are not looking for specifics. Breakfast is simple and will get you to lunch. Cons-next to busy highway, therefore noise 24/7. If you are a mattress edge sleeper, beds are not for you. We enjoyed driving 15 min. down to Burbank’s downtown and found a great restaurant.

I booked 1 family suite room, 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Bathrooms, Non Smoking. But the problem was when we checked in, 1 Bathroom only. I felt cheated and the hotel did not want to take responsibility.

The rooms were okay. We got there around 230 and was told our room wasn’t ready to come back in an hour. Used the restroom in the lobby by the pool and the soap dispenser was laying on the sink and didn’t work and there were no paper towels. The free breakfast was disappointing. I went down at 830, an hour and a half before breakfast ended, and there was hardly any food at all and it was a disaster. Went back down about 30 minutes later with the family to see if it was restocked and it was all put away and closed and it wasn’t even close to 10. The next day we went down at 730 to check out and there was a little more food, but no one at the desk so we could turn our room keys in.

Supposedly it had breakfast included but they didn't have anything, just coffee and cereal, the room was super dirty, garbage on the floor, a lot of dust and there were no towels in the bathroom, the night receptionist was very friendly but the morning receptionist had a terrible attitude and did not resolve any of my complaints

Transparency is very important. One of the things I liked when renting this hotel was that it included free breakfast, something they don't actually have. Why do they deceive people? I did not like this.

I don't leave reviews but felt I should after staying here. I was skeptical because of the previous reviews. However, it wasn't as bad as I feared. Maybe I'm used to worse I don't know but the only thing I disliked was the hallways smelt like pee in the morning. Haha that's it. Other than that, location was great, Starbucks and food across the street, its not any crappier than any other city block. It was myself and my 7 year old. It served its purpose for universal studios. 👍 oh, she loved the bed and room decorations. Which is why she picked this place in first place!
