"It's a great property and I loved the cottage we stayed in. My pool time at the two huge pools was excellent! My one complaint is the cost of the drinks. I had the Margaritaville Pina Colada which was base price $17. A $3 service fee was added and a $3 gratuity. That's a $23 drink, which is excessive. The other drinks were priced the same. Plus the pina colada tasted terrible. I will stay here again, but won't be ordering any drinks. "

"Property is okay but the hype was way overrated. Small pools between buildings. Rooms not updated in a LONG time. Took 3 days for freezer to freeze an ice tray. No ice machines on site. Water park not included. Cost $25 pp per day!!! Received numerous phone calls wanting to sell time share and left notes on door. Customer service was very nice and helpful when needed."

There were places to eat on grounds of the resort with delicious food and close by if you chose to go out of the resort. "This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!"
