Rooms were dirty and had a bad odor. Also none of the lights worked.They were garbage for three days I stayed around the stairs to walk up to room. The bed linen were soiled, had to remove it and bought new ones.

The hotel seemed so unsafe and skeevy, there was little to no lighting in the hall and worst of all the adjoining door to my room was broken. The only thing the hotel did to fix the situation was to put a fridge in from of the door. I checked out after less than 8 hours. The front desk staff had no sympathy for the situation, the guy did not say a word in response to my situation he only made facial expressions. After silently typing for a while, he says they have no other rooms and I never asked for another room. I gave back the key and announced that I was checking out. I felt the hotel was not even safe enough to leaving my bags there. The staff member apparently did not check me out or make any notes about the situation causing the company to refuse to give me a refund. They gave us a key to a room that had people in it. We had to go back and get keys for another room. All the ice machines were broken except for two and i don’t know where they were because the ones around our room were broken. The toilet was not sealed to the floor and moved every time we sat on it. I had to move it back into place. The remote for the tv had exploded batteries in it and was full of acid so I had to change it manually and turn it in and off. The lights were flickering so I only used a few of them.

Only good item is the location of the property. Otherwise the doors didnt close tight enough that bugs could not entire. The phone didn't work because the power outlets didn't work. Very old beds & outdated bed linens. Insect infestation is unhygienic. I will never return nor recommend. Please do not bring your family!

Killed 2 roaches in the room. Have to request room service everyday witch means standing in line in lobby. Sometimes for an hour each day. Lobby will not answer phone. Lots of stuff needed to be fixed. Taped up broken window and blue tarps on roof. The pool is good and had lots of kids. Staff was friendly and helpfull.
