"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"we were in the area for Auburn ultra marathon. convenient location literally just off hi way. everything as per listing. the bedroom upstairs was very quiet but the bedroom downstairs you can literally here the entire conversation going on next door and them coughing and spluttering in the morning when in kitchen area. That’s my only negative. otherwise clean, practical. straightforward. Does what it says!"

"I recently stayed at the loft with my husband and daughter (age 8), and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene ambiance of the farm and the warm hospitality of the hosts. Our daughter was thrilled to have the opportunity to help with farm chores and even had a riding lesson, which was a highlight of her trip. "We stayed for two nights and thought that the place is super cute, clean, comfortable, and apart from being sandwiched between two fairly busy roads, was in a great location! 315 is the lower apartment and is probably a little quieter from traffic than the above apartment. The decks are wonderful with the creek nearby. A wonderful find."

"We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful."

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...
