I'm Giving a 4 because We did find hair in the shower and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. But other than the many stray hairs in the shower, the rest of the room was very tidy.( I did try to contact, but never got a response) If this review has any weight I would hope that the managers would add some...

Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. "This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. "The entire Bear house property is incredibly charming and inviting. The Stinson Suite was as well. The space is incredibly charming and cozy perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. St Elmo is a lovely town and is perfectly walkable from the property. Beautiful area and so many great options for food, shopping, and experiences nearby."

"Place was clean and great access to the strip! We walked the whole time and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. The trolley is right across the street if you want to use that which is a great option! Only downfall was the bed was hard but I would stay again!"
