"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. "Overall good hotel in a great location. Close to transportation and the rooms were very clean. Lobby was small and got congested when multiple people were trying to check in at the same time. Great food options nearby."

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"My stay was fine but my room was not cleaned even though I had a request on the door. Also I ordered coffee and a muffin in the morning from the in house cafe and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t finish it. "
