"Very nice hotel that is centrally located. We walked everywhere during the day. Close to central market, central avenue, museums, parks, and restaurants. We did not walk around after dark due to safety concerns, but really enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel. Oscar makes some great drinks. The strawberry daiquiris, margaritas, and mojitos are delicious. We also appreciated the daily breakfast. It is very good. All of the hotel staff are very kind and helpful. "The property would benefit from a higher maintenance. For instance the "new" restaurant is not even finished. This hotel used to be "fresher and neater" . Staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. "

"The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well. "
