The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. "Ballena Paridise is a well designed property. It is a spacious apartment. Property is very clean and well maintained. On arrival I was given a brief orientation and a set of keys and a remote for the gate. Loved the swimming pool and the beach is a couple of minutes walk from property. If you are a fellow journey person you will also appreciate this place."

"Excellent place for the final stop of our honeymoon. Ideal 200m walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Viejo. Breakfast each morning was authentic and the surroundings were impressive with toucans each morning at breakfast. "

"This was truly and amazing place to stay! It is more of an oasis than a B&B. The room, property, expansive views, gardens and location were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of the 5 days we stayed there. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to add a personal touch. Amazing homemade breakfast (included) on the veranda was a great start to each day. Highly recommended!!"

"A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly."

"Overall great stay in Jacó. Only 10 minute walk to main strip. Only 1 entree pp for the breakfast that is included daily. The only issue for me was the WiFi was VERY slow almost nonexistent during peak hours. Was very fast during the middle of the night when most ppl were sleep. I would definitely stay again it was very clean and the condos were spacious"

"Lua Villas was absolutely amazing for our week long stay! The kitchenette is well stocked with the cookware and dishware we needed to cook most evenings. We enjoyed the yoga studio and the pool daily and thought the location was perfect for what we wanted. Playa Hermosa Cóbano is a quiet and lovely community away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, but close enough for a jaunt into town if needed. The landscape and vegetation at Lua Villas is beautifully done to allow guests privacy and...
