It is beautifully landscaped by the owners Eric and Sharon. We had a roomy space with a private deck clost to the dining area and pool. The entire compound is enclosed at night to keep the owner's dogs inside so it is very safe. There are a couple of "resident" slothes that we were able to watch and numerous birds. The Lodge has its own private beach area which is quiet and beautiful. Make sure to go to Lidia's restaurant. (Yellow curry shrimp was primo!) And definitely ask about an outing with Alex. You will learn all about his farm, see many animals, and kayak to the beach.
