"Rancho de Lelo Ecolodge is a family owned small lodge, located about 20 minutes from the main area of Monte Verde. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with this charming family. The National Park is only 10-15 minutes drive. The farm to table cuisine was awesome. Highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Mountain Paradise. What a beautiful view of the Volcano from high up in the hills above La Fortuna area. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We were upgraded to a better villa upon arrival which was such a kind gesture! Breakfast was awesome and included some typical food plus other hotel restaurant classics. The area around the hotel is wild and natural. We saw so much wildlife from just outside our door. Only problem is that we had a bat fly into our room on our...
