The room was spacious and clean with AC and comfortable bed. Excellent mountain view! There’s a really nice pool also. There’s a very famous pizza restaurant at the property so perhaps at night could get a bit loud, but it’s low noise so I didn’t mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Upon arrival there was no one able to help bring the luggage to my rm on 3rd floor, i was alone with my young son and it was pretty challenging dealing with all. In our room there was a safety box but they had no key or code for it. Towels were not enough. Nice to see the hotel has expanded but some of the rooms are showing their age - time for a remodel. I was here for one evening and found it to be all I expected. The breakfast was good and hearty and staff were very sweet and patient with poor Spanish. There is a supermarket down hill and neighborhood feels safe quiet.
